The Peaceful and Powerful Wisdom Circle

Well, at least I used to. 

At one point in time, many of these feelings, beliefs and realities were very, very true for me.

I’ve been there.

 

And it was incredibly painful.

 

I’ll never forget the day I finally decided things had to change.

 

While sitting on our vintage green velvet couch watching the sun stream through the window, I decided I was no longer willing to remain anxious, unhappy, and unwell.

 

I declared that I was willing to see things differently, and do whatever it took to shift out of my current reality into a better life. I declared that I was tired of the nonsense and I was ready to claim my peace and power so I could be the calm, centered person I knew I was meant to be and live a deeply-fulfilling life filled with greater joy, ease and flow.

 

I PROMISED THAT IF I LEARNED HOW TO TAP INTO MY DEEPEST PEACE AND POWER AND BECOME UNSHAKEABLE… SO I COULD NAVIGATE ALL OF LIFE’S CHALLENGES WITH GRACE AND EASE, I WOULD TEACH WOMEN EVERYWHERE TO DO THE SAME.

First, I had to work on my mental habits. 

I had patterns, behaviors and beliefs around myself, my life, and the world around me that were not beneficial or supportive to me. They were not helping me to create the life I wanted. In fact, they were keeping me stuck.

 

This included how I thought about myself and my life, how I responded to my experiences, the expectations I held and reinforced when it came to how life works, and my relationship with myself and others. It also meant looking at the things I said, the feelings I focused on, and the identity I had assigned myself.

And, I didn’t stop there.

To teach this, and teach it well, I had to take it much deeper.

Not only did I shift the thoughts and behaviors that were keeping me from feeling peaceful and create new, supportive mental habits and beliefs, I began to understand how my choices were dictating my experience. I taught myself a process for shifting into a calm, peaceful state no matter what was going on in the world around me… even (especially!) during the wild time of Covid shutdowns. I learned to create rituals and routines that infused each day with peace – right from the start. I also learned tools to help me reset my mind to calm in minutes, anytime I needed to.

 

After sharing this work with hundreds of women I’ve seen life-changing results:

• Anxiety, worry and fear dissolved, and replaced by newfound serenity, strength, and resiliency

• More confidence, power, and clarity

• Seeing options for how I react with each experience so that I am no longer pulled off my center by what others do and say

• Being the strong, resilient, self-assured women I was born to be

While I saw results nearly immediately when I began to do this work, the way in which I respond and relate to my inner and outer world only continues to expand and support me.

 

Today, I’ve reached a place where I felt calm and peaceful every day and I know what to do anytime I feel even slightly off track. I’m able to fully enjoy my life, and I have the tools to help me stay centered and grounded. I know they work, and I can use them any time I need to. 

 

Now I get to help other women discover the same serenity and strength for themselves. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to help you stand in your peace and power so that you can experience the joy and fulfillment of creating a life you love.

Each week for 16-weeks I’m going to give you rituals and teachings for building greater peace and power.

Part 1 Is all about cultivating awareness so you can release thoughts and behaviors that block you from feeling peaceful so you can navigate all parts of your life (even the most challenging ones) with ease and grace.

Part 2 I’ll teach you how to safeguard your inner peace – so that your boss, your mom, your ex, your nosy neighbor – will no longer be able to pull you off of your center.

Part 3 we walk step-by-step through rituals and routines that will infuse your day with peace from the start.

Part 4 I’ll give you the Serenity Toolbox, 5 yoga and breath work techniques to help you reset your mind to calm in minutes so that difficult moments no longer ruin your day.

We meet in intimate weekly women’s circles, live with me via Zoom. We will do a deep dive into the rituals and teachings, and share our experiences and insights. When women come together in this way, it’s pure magic. Our insights and understanding are so much richer.

Grier has been teaching and practicing meditation and mindfulness for more than 25 years. She’s written for Thrive Global, Conscious Dancer, Education.com, and Green Diva Mom, among others. Her mission is helping women to reclaim their inner peace, power and joy so they can live their best lives. She’s known for her calm presence and ability to guide women to access the same for themselves.

 

While going through a difficult divorce and adapting to life as a single working parent Grier suffered unexplained health issues and panic attacks. She soon discovered an easily accessible and profound process to access and maintain feelings of deep inner peace, no matter what’s going on in the world. Now she helps other women release anxiety and stress so they can feel peaceful, powerful, and resourced to be the self-assured women they were born to be.

 

Grier lives in Florida with her husband and Coco Chanel, their black standard poodle. She’s a former professional ballet dancer, and has danced with San Francisco Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Miami City Ballet. When she’s not writing or teaching she loves traveling, exploring nature, and dancing with her husband.

Q: What is the program structure?

We meet in weekly women’s circles, live with me via Zoom. Each week I’ll give you rituals and teachings, as well as transformational homework, and countless tools.

 

Q: I’m not able to attend all of the sessions live. Is that ok?

Absolutely! All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your class portal.

We meet for 16 weeks, and we take breaks during holiday weeks.
